Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne Brut
24 Proof (12% ABV)
2012 was one of the most challenging and complicated years ever experienced in Champagne. However, difficult conditions often lead to great things… The low yields, due to the unpredictable weather, combined with continental conditions towards the end of the season, gave us unusual levels of maturity, resulting in rich, full-bodied and structured wines worthy of the greatest vintages in Champagne.
What does Cristal taste like? Rich and complex aromas with notes of zesty and candied fruit (lemon) mingled with pollen (white flowers), roasted hazelnut and Madagascar vanilla. After aeration, the bouquet develops rich notes of fresh pastries and smoky notes from bottle ageing. A delicious, concentrated and chalky palate. It shows incredible tension and perfectly honed aromatic precision. The attack is powerful, distinctive and concentrated and reveals a silky, mouth-coating texture, characteristic of the ripe Pinot noirs from the 2012 vintage.
Cincoro Tequila Blanco
80 Proof (40% ABV)
Cincoro Blanco is made with 100% Weber blue agave and is exceptionally smooth on the palate and approachable. While most tequilas are made with agave from either the highland or lowland region of Jalisco, Cincoro uses both types of agave. By combining agave from two distinct regions, our Blanco tequila is smooth on the palate with great flavor, complexity, and finish.
What does Cincoro Tequila Blanco taste like? On the nose this crystal clear tequila smells a little sweet, like a pairing of light vanilla and freshly cooked agave. It tastes incredibly smooth an complex, with hints of citrus (think grapefruit and lime) and slight vanilla undertones. It has a fresh agave, citrus and light vanilla finish. No alcohol burn = casual sipping
Cincoro Tequila Reposado
80 Proof (40% ABV)
Cincoro Reposado gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. The barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, they highlight the smoothness of the Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 8-10 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 2 months required for Reposado.
What does Cincoro Reposado taste like? On the nose Cincoro Reposado has amazing notes of vanilla, baking spices, and toasted oak. It tastes like sweet cooked agave, caramel, white chocolate. This is definitely one of our staff favorites! It has an incredibly long finish with a great aftertaste of baking spices and vanilla. This is meant to sip; but honestly taste great in cocktails too!
Cincoro Tequila Anejo
80 Proof (40% ABV)
Cincoro Anejo gains its remarkable aromas and taste from a very unique aging regimen. The barrels are imported from Kentucky, and were first used to age Bourbon. By aging Cincoro Blanco in these barrels, they highlight the smoothness of the Blanco, complimented by wood notes from aging 24-28 months in an underground cellar, considerably longer than the minimum 1 year required for Anejo. It is a beautiful intense amber in color.
What does Cincoro Tequila Anejo taste like This tequila smells incredible. It has subtle notes of toasted oak and maple, followed by sweet cooked agave, light butterscotch and baking spices. It has remarkably long, elegant finish with lingering notes of dark chocolate. Rivals cognac in its ability to be sipped with pleasure.
TEQUILA CLASE AZUL REPOSADO
80 Proof (40% ABV)
Hand sculpted and individually painted by hand, each bottle of Clase Azul is a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip.
What does Clase Azul Reposado Tequila taste like? Heaven. This reposado tequila is woody, fruity, and contains vanilla and toffee caramel tones. It smells of honey and cinnamon, and has notes of jasmine and cider. Wet earth and vanilla combine beautifully to give this a wonderfully rustic mouthfeel. With notes of tobacco and chamomile, clove and anise intertwine into a beautiful tequila that you cannot miss. Wonderfully smooth and has a cult following.

What does Don Julio 1942 taste like? The new Don Julio 1942 has a slightly more vanilla, and has more of a caramelized baked agave aroma. This is a luxury tequila that has a taste of warm oak with hints of caramel and toffee. The older formula smelled good, but the new one smells delicious. The flavor is richer, deeper, well-rounded, and has a cleaner finish. Made with 100% blue agave plant. Sip neat or chilled.
