IPA’s cover a multitude of beer styles; but the main characteristics of these beer styles are herbal, fruity, and citrusy flavors. . Some may find them to be bitter due to the high alcohol levels. IPAs can vary dramatically in taste based on the variety of hops used in the making of the beer. We promise its not hard! What does TerraPin Golden Ale taste like? TerraPin Golden Ale is native to Savannah and it has a beautiful golden color with a nice foam! It smells like apricots, grassy, and biscuity. It has a mild grassy malty taste with a little apricot aftertaste. It is clean, crisp and refreshing.
